Lemon Bundt Cake

How To Make Lemon Bundt Cake:

• 1 box of Lemon Cake Mix

• 4 Eggs

• 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil

• Water

• 1 box of Instant Lemon Pudding

• Fresh Lemon Zest from lemon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased bundt cake pan .

In a bowl of stand up mixer add cake mix, eggs and water, oil, mix well. Then add in lemon pudding and lemon zest, mix well combined.

Pour cake batter mix in cake pan and bake for 45 minutes until done. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Make Lemon Glaze:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice, lemon zest. Pour over the lemon bundt cake.
