Upside Down Pound Cake

This Upside Down Pound Cake only takes few ingredients to make with pineapple, cherries.

How To Make Upside Down Pound Cake

Ingredients:

Betty’s Crocker Pound Cake mix

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 tbsp. oil

1/2 cup of Water

1 can of Sliced Pineapple, drained the juice

8 to 10 Stemless Maraschino Cherries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 340 degrees and greased round cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, add in the pound cake mix, eggs, water and oil, mix until combined.

In a greased cake pan, layer pineapple slices on the bottom of pan and add cherries center each pineapple rounds.

Pour the mixture over top of pineapple/cherries.

Bake for 45 minutes until done.

On cake platter, turn the cake over where pineapple/cherries on showing. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
