
How To Make Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients:
• 3 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Melted Butter
• 1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
• 3 cups Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 store brought Pie Crust
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add in the wet ingredients and then add in the flour, whisk until mix well.
Place the pie crust into a greased pie pan and pour buttermilk mixture inside.
Cover the edges with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Take pie out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
