In the boiling water in the saucepan, add salt to boiled water and after eggs are hard- boiled, drain and the egg shells pull off easy.

How to make Deviled Eggs?

Ingredients:

· 4 – 6 Hard-boiled Eggs

· 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

· 2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

· 1/4 cup Diced Onions

· 1 tbsp. Pickle Relish

· Paprika for dusting for garnish

Instructions:

· In a saucepan with salty boiling water, boil eggs until done. Drain and peel off the shells and slice in half. Place on a plate.

· Scoop out the egg yolks place in a mixing bowl and add in the mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish, onions, salt, black pepper, stir together until combined.

· Take a spoon, fill each egg white with egg yolk filling and sprinkle with paprika.

· Serve deviled eggs on egg serving platter.
