Hawaiian chicken is easy to make with chicken thighs, sliced pineapple, pineapple juice and soy sauce, brown sugar, sweet chili sauce and ginger, garlic.
What’s the instructions to make it?
Place the chicken thighs in a freeze bag and add the marinade in with the chicken thighs. Let it marinade for 12 hours. Place the chicken thighs on hot outdoor grill to cook for 8 minutes on both sides, while baste each side while turning. Now place sliced pineapple on the grill to cook 3 minutes to make grill marks.

How To Make Hawaiian Chicken:
Ingredients:
· 2 lbs. Chicken Thighs
· 1 can of Slice Pineapple
Marinade:
· 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
· 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
· 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
· 1 tbsp. Chili Sauce
· 1/2 cup Ketchup
· 1 tap. Ground Ginger
· 1 tsp. Onion Powder
· 1 tsp. Ginger Powder
· Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:
· In a freeze bag, add in the marinade ingredients and mix together.
· Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
· Heat up outdoor grill or indoor grill and place chicken thighs on the grill on both side until done. Add the pineapple slices on grill until soft with grill marks on both sides.
· On serving platter, place the grilled pineapple slices and place the grilled chicken thighs on top. Serve with rice if desired.
