How to make Chicken Alfredo:
Ingredients:
· 8 oz. Fettuccine Pasta
· 2 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
· 1 cup Heavy Cream
· 1 stick Unsalted Butter, divided
· 1/4 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
· 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
· Salt and Black Pepper to taste
· Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped for serving

· In pot of hot salted water, cook fettuccine pasta until al dente about 8 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta boil water, than drain pasta.
· Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper
