These strawberry shortcake bars is vanilla frozen ice cream coated with cake crunch makes a sweet treat.

What’s the ingredients?

To make the bars is using fresh strawberries and granulated sugar, vanilla extract, heavy whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk, shortbread cookies.

How long sure bars be freeze?

For the best results is to freeze the bars least six hours or overnight in popsicle mold.

Ingredients:

· Place mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer.

· In a bowl, mash sliced strawberries along with juice and add the granulated sugar, stir to combine until chucky to pieces. Set aside for 30 minutes.

· Remove the cold bowl and beaters from the freezer.

· Pour in the heavy whipped cream, vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk. Whip the mixture until stiff peaks for about 10 minutes.

· Add in the mashed strawberries fold in syrup until well blended.

· In a popsicle mold, pour inside the mold and cover, let it for 6 hours or overnight and freeze.

Make the coating:

· Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.

· Add the dried strawberries in food processor and continue to pulse until well blended.

· Pour in the melted butter and pulse again until well combined.

· Pour cookie crumb in a shallow plate.

· Put a parchment paper on cookie sheet and set aside.

· Take popsicle mold out of the freezer and unmold the bars place cookie sheet.

· Coat the bars with cookie crumbs and press the bars with crumbs until they stick. Place on cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 30 minutes until freeze.

· Serve or wrap in plastic wrap put in the freezer.
