How To Make Beef Stroganoff:

Ingredients:

· 1 lb. Sirloin Steak, cut steak in strips

· 1 large Onion, sliced

· 1 pint of Fresh Mushrooms, sliced

· 2 cups Beef Broth

· 1 tbsp. Dijion Mustard

· 2/3 cup Sour Cream

· 3 tbsp. Butter

· 2 tbsp. Flour

· 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions;

· In a skillet with hot oil, place steak strips in the skillet and cook 30 seconds until browned. Move steak strips to paperlined plate drain off excess greased.

· In the same skillet, add in the butter and onions, cook until butter is melted and onions are soft.

· Add in the skillet. mushrooms, cook until golden brown for 1 minute. Add in the flour, cook, stirring.

· Now add in the broth broth and stirring add sour cream and mustard. Stir everything together combined.

· Bring to simmer, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the beef back in the skillet and stir in the sauce.

· Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes ( if desired).
