How To Make Cherry Poke Cake:
Ingredients:
· 1 box of White Cake Mix
· 1 Egg
· 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
· 1 box of Cherry Jell-O
· 1 container of Cool Whip
· 1 pint of Fresh Cherries, stem remove
· 1 cup Boiling Water
Instructions:
· Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking pan.
· In a mixing bowl, add in cake mix, egg, oil and water, mix well combined.
· Pour cake batter in the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and let cake cool for 10 minutes.
· Make gelatin, in bowl add cherry gelatin and boiling water, mix until form.
· Use a wooden spoon handle to poke holes in the cake 1 inch apart and pour gelatin on top in the holes.
· Spread cool whip top of the cake and refrigerator until ready to serve.
