How To Make Oreo Cheesecake:

Instructions:

Cheesecake:

· 2 lbs. Cream Cheese, softened

· 8 oz. Sour Cream

· 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

· 5 Eggs

· 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

· 18 Oreo Cookies, chopped

Crust:

· 25 Oreo Cookies

· 3 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions:

Crust:

· Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a springform pan.

· In a food processor, crushed the Oreos until fine crumbs and pour the melted butter, salt in the crushed Oreos.

· Pour Oreos crumb in the bottom of springform pan and press on the bottom evenly.

· Bake for 10 minutes and take out of the oven let cool for 10 minutes.

Cheesecake:

· In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in the cream cheese and beat until 1 minute until smooth.

· Now add in the sugar, sour cream and mix on med low speed until well blended for 15 minutes.

· Add eggs at one at time and vanilla extract, beat on low speed about 25 minutes until combined. Add in chopped oreos and use your clean hands to fold it all together.

· Pour cheesecake mixer into the Oreo crust and spread out evenly. Wrap the outside of springform pan with tin foil.

· Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. Serve and Enjoy.
